This scene is from Stargate Universe Season 1 Episode 20, Incursion Part 2.
Eli and Chloe are trapped on the other end of the Destiny, where life support is down, and they are trying to get back to the living areas when they have this little conversation.
I'm not sure why I like it so much, I want to say it's because I could relate, but that's certainly not it.
I do remember yelling "Squee!" during this scene when I watched it for the first time. Specifically when Chloe said "It's not."
