এই রথের মেলাতে আমরা কম-বেশি প্রত্যেকেই যাই, এই মেলাতে বিভিন্ন প্রকাররের খাবারের সমাগম দেখাযায়, তার মধ্যে কয়েকটি হল জিলেপি, পাঁপড়, ফুচকা, ঘুঘনি ইত্যাদি |
এইগুলির মধ্যে আজকে আমি আপনাদের সামনে মেলার ঘুঘনির রেসিপি শেয়ার করছি, আপনারা কালকে রথের দিনে অবশ্যই বাড়িতে বানাবেন, আশাকরি খুব ভালো লাগবে |
এছাড়া আমরা প্রায় সারাবছর ধরেই এই ঘুঘনি তৈরি করে থাকি, কিন্তু আমি যেভাবে করে দেখাচ্ছি সেভাবে একবার করে দেখবেন, খুব সুস্বাদু খেতে লাগবে, এই ঘুঘনি গরম রুটির সাথে, স্যাকা পাউরুটির সাথে, স্যালাড-সস্-চানাচুরের সঙ্গে খেতে দারুন লাগে, আপনার বাচ্চাকেও সকালে জল-খাবারে এই ঘুঘনি করে দিতে পারেন আশাকরি ওদের খুব ভালো লাগবে, এছাড়া বাড়িতে হঠাৎ কোনো অতিথি চলে আসলেও আপনারা চট-জলদি এই রেসিপি টা ট্রাই করতে পারেন |
তাহলে দেখে নিই এই রেসিপিটা তৈরি করতে কী কী উপকরণ লাগে -
১. মটর - ৫00 গ্রাম
২. আলু - ৩ টে
৩. টমেটো ১ টা
৪. পেঁয়াজ - ৪ টে
৫. শুকনো লঙ্কা ৪ টে
৬. আদা ৪ টুকরো
৭. রসুন ৬ টুকরো
৮. গোটা জিরে ২ চামচ
৯. গোটা ধনে ২ চামচ
১০. তেজপাতা ১ টা
১১. দারচিনি ১ টা
১২. লবঙ্গ ৪ টে
১৩. এলাচ ৪ টে
১৪. কাশ্মিরি শুকনো লঙ্কার গুড়ো ১ চামচ
১৫. লবন ৩ চামচ
১৬. হলুদ ২ চামচ
১৭. চিনি ২ চামচ
১৮. সরষের তেল ১০০ গ্রাম
১৯. ঘী ১ চামচ
২০. গরম জল ২ কাপ
