Fixing an Atlas Lathe Feed Rate

Atlas lathes are made with a design that makes the carriage feed rate a little fast for most applications today. This video is dedicated to help Owners of an Atlas have some options for slowing that feed rate down.
Some owners install a separate feed rate motor and controller on the lead screw. This is option just changed the gearing and cutis the feed rate in half.
