I have seen some commonalities around estranged adults and their parents. I wanted to share these in this video to offer a perspective from the 'childs' side.

I am not posting this to be antagonistic, assign blame, or infer things about any relationship I am not familiar with. I am posting it with the hope it may genuinely help you understand your own situation. Because understanding is the first step to healing.

Please remember that all relationships are unique, and all are optional. If you are finding your health or wellness is suffering due to a relationship, please take this seriously and do what you need to do to look after yourself, first and foremost. Treating ourselves with love, kindness and care is the first step. Then we can treat others with the same. Sometimes we can love each other up close, sometimes it has to be from a distance.
