How to Use the Freeview Freetime Guide on a Panasonic TV

The ability to rollback TV via the Freetime guide is only available certain channels such as BBC, ITV, Channel 4, et cetera. You will have to have your television connected to the Internet for this to work, as it uses the on-demand services. Simply press guide on your remote and you should be presented with the Freetime television guide. If this is not available and is displaying the Panasonic default TV guide you need to changes through the settings. Once you have selected one of the supported channels, it should display a "earlier" message to which you can scroll back. Simply go back and select the program you want to watch and it will play it via the Internet.
