Joe Biden 'cognitively struggling again'

Fox News host Sean Hannity says Joe Biden is "cognitively struggling again" after his team "put him in a meeting today with a bunch of people he didn't seem to remember".

The host of 'Hannity' poked fun at President Biden stumbling on his words and argued he didn't make sense.

President Biden today unveiled a comprehensive strategy on crime prevention.

The plan encompasses five pillars focusing heavily on gun violence reduction and control.  

The US has seen a nationwide surge in violence which is expected to spike in the summer holiday season.

Biden also issued a zero tolerance warning to gun dealers violating existing laws.
