Mango Delight🥭 Full Day to night Routine

Unique Mango Delight
Ingredients
Milk 1/2 litre
Sugar 2 heaped tbsp
Custard powder 2 heaped tbsp
Dream whip 2 sachet + Milk 1 cup (or use one cup whipping cream snd powdered sugar for sweetness)
Cream cheese 3 heaped tbsp( optional)
Mangoes 5
Mango juice 200 ml, I used almarai brand
Vanilla tea cake 1, sliced
Plum 1, for decoration
Preparation
In a pan, mix milk  custard powder and sugar. Cook until the custrad is thick.
Cover and allow to cool in refrigerator.
Meanwhile, peel the mangoes. Finely chop 4 mangoes and blend one mango to make pulp. Keep aside.
whisk dream whip and milk into thick cream.
Add pulp and custard and whisk again until well combined.
Layering: Layer cake slices in a serving dish.
Pour mango juice on the cake slices and allow to absorb.
Pour half of the the cream mixture.
Layer with half of the chopped mangoes.
Again layer with cake slices, juice, cream mixture and chopped mangoes.
Decorate with chopped plums.
Allow to cool and set in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
