This year Diwali is on November 1. Chhath Puja is also on November 7-8. There are still about four months left for both the festivals, but reservations in popular trains going from Delhi to Bihar and Eastern Uttar Pradesh are full. The situation is such that on November 2, waiting tickets are not even available in Patna Rajdhani to Vikramshila Express and Vaishali Express. There is a rejection in AC2, AC3 class in these trains.
