Streets flooded with Spice again, #blackpool

Before I even got to town 3 people told me that a woman former client who had come across a Kilo of Spice and eas giving free samples to get people hooked.As I drove around I saw 3 stood in the road and 3 behind the tower off their heads, but all a bit too difficult to film, but eventually went around to see and film two that were quiet.

Apart from that, lol I posted this last night and cant remember whats on it and cant watch it until its out at 4 pm today, enjoy folks.
