Pork Chop With White Sauce & Spinach
Ingredients:
6 pcs pork chop (season with salt & pepper and dredge in all-purpose flour)
cooking oil (for frying & sauteing)
salted butter
5 cloves garlic butter
1 pc white onion
400g canned mushrooms
250g all-purpose cream
2 Tbsp Arla garlic cheese (optional)
salt & pepper to taste
spinach
3 Tbsp of cream of mushroom powder dissolved in 6 Tbsp of water
