I would like to show how you can easily bake delicious and healthy rye sourdough bread at home, which you can create yourself at home and make pastries from it. In the film there is no information on how to grow your own sourdough for baking bread, you will find it on the Internet, there is a lot of information on this subject, I only suggest that it should be wholegrain rye flour, preferably type 2000. It is from such flour that sourdough develops the best natural yeast (bacterial cultures) which are the healthiest for humans and give a unique taste of bread, no matter what kind of flour we use for baking bread. The proportions also apply to wheat flour typ 400, 500, 550, 650 bread flour 750. The use of flour above 750 (grinding thickness) or rye flour for baking drastically changes the proportions of water to flour. My suggestion - adding a booster to the recipe in the form of even a bit of yeast destroys the taste effect of the product and brings it closer to the bread offered in the store. Please also pay attention to the temperatures suggested by me during rising and baking. Each device can heat (bake) slightly differently, so please watch the bread to see if the crust darkens too much, and if it is too much, please lower the baking temperature or shorten the baking time to 50 minutes.
