The new Besturn T99 is a mid-size front-wheel-drive Chinese premium crossover in 2021 and at the same time the flagship of the Chinese automaker FAW's lineup. The exterior of the 2021 Fav Bestune T99 is distinguished by classic proportions and an original and very brutal design.
The FAW Bestune T99 is 4800 mm long, 1915 mm wide and 1685 mm high. The center distance of the crossover reaches 2870 mm, and the ground clearance is 192 mm. When equipped, the car weighs 1775 kg, and its gross weight reaches 2225 kg.
The 99th crossover got the intelligent assistant D-Life 5.0. He is able to recognize faces and perform voice commands. The assistant "lives" in the center of the front panel as a 3D holographic projection.
The new Chinese crossover 2021 Bestune T99 has three interior design options: standard, sport and luxury. They differ in decor and, of course, in the sheathing material. In general, the SUV interior boasts a very stylish interior, as well as an impressive free space in both rows of seats. At the front of the SUV there are ergonomic seats with a side profile, a large number of adjustments and a moderately dense filling.
The Fav Besturn T99 is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol engine that generates 224 horsepower and 340 Nm of torque. By default, the motor works in tandem with an 8-range hydromechanical "automatic" of the Chinese company Shengrui.
How long does it take for the new Chinese crossover in 2021 to accelerate from standstill to 100 km / h - 8.6 s. It is known that the SUV is able to develop as much as possible up to 210 km / h, while its fuel consumption in the combined mode is about 7.9 liters per 100 km of run.
At the heart of the new 2021 FAW Bestune T99 is a front-wheel-drive platform with a monocoque body. On both axles of the SUV, independent suspensions with hydraulic shock absorbers, steel springs and anti-roll bars are installed: in the front - MacPherson-type architecture, in the rear - a multi-link system. The car is equipped with electric power steering and rack and pinion. Disc brakes are used on all wheels of the vehicle. They work in conjunction with ABS, EBD, BAS and other modern "assistants".
