I knew I loved this burger because I've made it before, but this one, grilled on my Cast Iron Griddle on the Weber Kettle, exceeded all my expectations. This Jalapeno Chorizo Burger turned out to be one of the best burgers I've ever made.

Burger Ingredients (makes 4 6" patties)

1 lb 90/10 Ground Beef
1 lb Pork Chorizo
1/4 lb Jalapeno Pepper Jack Diced

Spicy Avocado Spread Ingredients

1 Medium Avocado Mashed
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Hot Sauce
