Summer can be beastly hot
Summer can be beastly hot in many places. When it's 100° outside, it's not much fun to soak in 104° water.

But when temps soar over 100, just turning the temp down on your panel usually isn't enough. That's because in standard mode, the heater is kicking on many times throughout the day while the sun beats down on your cover which is trapping the heat inside.
