Scottish Classic Championships 2024 ✅

My main Goal for this Competition was to achieve a podium placement and improve my total.

Weighed in at 73.5kg for 74kg Class

Squats: 185 ⚪ 192.5 ⚪ 197.5 🔴 - Started off well and achieved 5kg PR with the second attempt but tweaked my back in my final attempt with a awkward misgroove.

Bench: 110 ⚪ 115 🔴 115 🔴 - Really disappointed with bench, first moved alright but the following two attempts under performaned which didn't put me in the best position going into deadlifts.

Deadlift: 205 ⚪ 210 ⚪ 215 ⚪ - Now going into deadlifts I just wanted to get it over with and get a takeaway annoyed with my efforts but I managed to stay consistent fought my way onto the podium.

Finished with a Total of 517.5kg which equals my heaviest total I've ever done but in the lower weight class and came 3rd 🥉.

Was super nervous for this comp but I'm glad I achieved what I set out to do. Now to enjoy food and train some more.
