Today we made Jamaican Fried Dumplings for Breakfast but we used a non traditional ingredient to make it a little healthier than the norm. We used oatmeal flour which we made using our Nutri Bullet!
Oatmeal is a healthier alternative to regular white flour and does add a airier texture to the fried dumplings! I can't wait for you all to try this in your kitchens!
List of Ingredients
1 cup Oatmeal
2 cups unbleached Flour
1/2 teaspn Baking Powder
salt to taste
2 tblspn Butter
1 tblspn Coconut Oil  
1 tblespn Sugar
1 cup almond Milk Use sparingly as needed
1 cup Water Use sparingly as needed
