2. Efficiency is primarily concerned on the use of time, energy and resources, not necessarily the results
3. It looks at how the activity is done
4. Main focus is on cost
Effectiveness and efficiency are two sides of the same coin.
These two aspects need to be balanced.
Organizations have to be both effective and efficient in order to be successful
For example

Nine units in one day( Ineffective)
