We hiked Mount Aso on May 28th, 2023. Mount Aso is a volcanic depression, which is essentially a huge crater that has a number of peaks within this region that can be trekked. There are numerous craters within the crater such as the very active Nakadake Crater. #volcano #hike #kyushu
