This is a 50 minute vinyasa flow, part 3 of the full body series designed to strengthen. lengthen and tone your whole body.

This class is a slow, mindful flow promoting strength and mobility. The class begins establishing a connection to your breath and flows through a creative sequence to gently warm and open the whole body in preparation for a standing sequence of longer holds. Class then repeats the same sequence flowing one movement, one breath.  Explore the concept of equanimity as you practice and close with a mindfulness meditation in shavasana.

For practice you may wish to have a block to elevate the floor to meet your hands and a blanket for comfort. Modifications offered along the way.
