In this practice we'll focus
In this practice we'll focus on easing any tension around the shoulders + upper back. We move through a full body flow, but sprinkle in some really lovely shoulder opening arm postures. These movements are really important for those of us spending a bit too much time hunched over our smartphones, or over an office desk 🙈🙋🏼♀️.
