In March of 2021, I
In March of 2021, I set a goal for myself to dunk by June 2021, and I was successful doing so. On this journey, I trained very hard, disciplined my self to eat healthier and make better lifestyle changes, and of course attempted dunking. It's been a great journey so far, and I am far from finished!
