In this video, we look at the basics of free cash flow (FCF) and we walk through an example of where it comes from. We also present a quick and easy way to calculate free cash flow. To calculate free cash flow, you can take the cash flow from operations (CFO) and subtract capital expenditures (CAPEX) and you will get a rough estimate of free cash flow.
