Idli is the best food for breakfast as it is healthy without oil idli is famous in South India
for instant softness just add black spilt gram (urad dal) half quantity more then rice mix continues to fluffy the batter.
So here I am making idli without fermentation but it's perfect soft and fluffy by rice and split black gram only
