In this video we will show you about the path laboratory in Canada. Family doctor just prescribe tests and we have to go to the laboratory by having an appointment with the lab for Blood tests.
Results are later on shared with the doctor directly by the lab.
All of the above expenses are borne by the govt via an OHIP card that acts as medical provided by the govt.
So as a new immigrant to Canada, especially Ontario, one of the most important documents you can get in order to take care of your health is your health card or your OHIP document.
