How to create a return policy using eBay Business Policies👇
►Go to the eBay Seller Hub by clicking on "Seller Hub" in the upper left corner of the eBay homepage.
►In the Seller Hub, click on "Business Policies" in the left-hand navigation menu.
►Under the Business Policies section, click on "Return policy."
►Then click on the "Create return policy" button.
►Configure Your Return Policy:
✅Give your return policy a name that is easily identifiable (e.g., "30-Day Money Back Guarantee").
✅Select the return period (e.g., 30 days, 60 days) within which buyers can return items.
✅Define the type of refund or exchange you offer. Common options include:
►Money back or exchange (buyer's choice).
►Money back.
►Replacement or exchange.
✅Specify who pays for return shipping. You can choose either the seller or the buyer.
✅Indicate if you charge a restocking fee, and if so, specify the percentage.
✅Add any additional details or requirements for the return process, such as the condition the item must be in or whether original packaging is required.
►Carefully review all the details of your return policy to ensure they are accurate and in line with your business practices.
►Once you are satisfied with the policy settings, click the "Save" or "Create policy" button to save your return policy.
►After creating your return policy, you can apply it to your eBay listings. When you create a new listing or revise an existing one, you can select the return policy you want to use from the Business Policies section of the listing form.
►Keep track of any returns initiated by buyers through your eBay account. You'll need to follow your specified return policy when processing returns.
