This routine is dedicated to my TURBO WARRIORS.
Having flacid arms is so common in women that are over 30 years old, even more after giving birth kids and afronting the ´body fat ghost´. If right precautions, like for example, working out and having a healthy diet, are not followed, the most probale risk is getting flacid and droppy chest, abs and glutes, as well as arms.

With this GALs routines serie, ( RETO GAP ( GLUTEOS ABDOMEN Y PIERNAS) ) what I pretend is to help you on correcting that situation. I´m not going to deny that following my routines hurts a lot, but what is achieved without an effort? without fighting?, without sacrifice? without discipline? You already know, Who doesn´t get lean is because he/she doesn´t want to. NO excuses!!
