When the owner of this laptop came into the shop, she said her password no longer worked. The problem turned out to be a faulty keyboard: some of the keys had stopped working, so when she typed her password the typed value was wrong. This video shows the straightforward process for replacing the keyboard in one of these older Toshiba laptops.
