Use Elgato Cam Link on android via USB Camera app

I buy a Elgato Cam Link to test my USB Camera app and found some issue on it.

The video shows the issue when use Elgato Cam Link on android and I provide a solution to solve it.

Elgato Cam Link requires USB 3.0 port. Any phone without USB 3.0 port are unable to work with it. I have only one phone (Pixel XL) has USB 3.0 port so if you have another model you can try it out.
