HOW TO MAKE BOILED COCONUT DUMPLINGS | STEP BY STEP RECIPE

Hi guys, I hope you had a great Good Friday. In this video, I show a step by step recipe for boiled coconut dumplings. Traditionally, apart from ducana coconut dumplings are eaten by my family on Good Friday. I have listed the ingredients and measurements below. As always, the water should be added gradually until a dough is formed. 1 cup or 256ml grated coconut 1/2 tsp or 2.5ml salt 1 tbsp or 15ml brown sugar (optional) 1 tbsp or 15ml unsalted butter 2 cups or 250g plain/all-purpose flour 1/2 - 3/4 cup or 120-170ml water
