questo è un video motivazione, un discorso motivazionale se non avete più voglia di fare niente. parlerò di come avere autostima ma sopratutto come cambiare vita e iniziare a credere in se stessi e come avere sicurezza in se stessi, quindi se non ti piaci guarda questo video.
sopratutto le ragazze o i ragazzi che sono timidi e si chiedono come avere più amici, come fare amicizia guardate questo video perchè sarà utile alla vostra crescita personale.
è un video che ho pensato per il nostro mental health e salute mentale. molte volte ho ansia sociale, ansia per tutto, quindi avrei voluto tanto una migliore amica o qualcuno che mi facesse questo discorso motivazione. abbi una morning routine, prenditi cura di te stessa.
