1/4 cup minced garlic

1 cup red wine
1 cup tomato sauce
4 cups beef broth
1 tbsp bouillon
1 tbsp mushroom seasoning
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
