Not distinguishing married vs. maiden names

It's important NOT to record
It's important NOT to record a woman's married name as her surname. You may forget and search find the wrong woman. You also might miss the rare cases when people with the same surname get married. I actually have two of these in my family tree: an O'Neill marrying an O'Neill, and a Chew marrying a Chew.
Most people recommend leaving the surname field blank, but with tons of Elizabeths, Marys and Catherines in my tree, I find that confusing.
In this video, I'll share my trick for dealing with both of these problems.
