DaddyoFive And MommyoFive Arrested & Charged With Child Neglect. Are They Going to Jail?

DaddyoFive and MommyoFive (Mike Martin and Heather Martin) have been charged with 2 counts of child neglect in Maryland.  The complain was filed against the in July 27 but no one seemed to notice until Aug 9 2017.  This is likely because of the gag order in the custody case of Emma and Cody.
