Sous Vide and Seared Tri Tip on the Masterbuilt Gravity Fed Smoker Grill

I was able to pick up a couple Tri Tip here in Florida which is rare, so I made some using sous vide at 134f for 7 hours and then seared them on my new Masterbuilt Gravity Fed smoker/grill! I used a new to me Coconut Charcoal that really did not perform as well as advertised though. It did not get up to the searing temperatures I wanted to get a good color. I do really like the ease of use and control the Masterbuilt gives though!
