[Raspberry & Citrus Syrup] Blue Raspberry Soda

Make Nuka-Colas Quantum. This is not the official recipe. It's better. QUANTUM SYRUP RECIPE: • 10 oz (180 mLs) Hot water • 2 cups (400 g) Sugar • 1/2 tsp (2 g) Citric acid • 1 tsp (5 mLs) Raspberry extract • 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) Lemon extract • 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) Orange extract • 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) Blue Dye MY NUKA-COLA QUANTUM RECIPE • 1.5 oz (45 mLs) Quantum syrup • 8 oz (240 mLs) Soda Water/Tonic Water (use tonic water for it to glow blue under a black light, and give it a metallic bitter flavor) TOOLS USED IN THIS VIDEO (Amazon Affiliate links): • Jigger amzn.to/3sAaUhu INSTRUCTIONS: Combine sugar, citric acid, and hot water together and stir to dissolve. Add extracts and blue food dye and bottle the syrup. Store in the refrigerator or freeze for storage. To make the soda combine the syrup and soda water or tonic water together in a glass.
