Skyr! Is skyr healthy? Well.. yeah, but is it so healthy it is worth eating now? The short answer is, yes x) In today's video I'll be covering 3 different easy yet super healthy breakfasts anyone can make at home! Quick healthy breakfast ideas for weight loss or just if you want to stay on the healthy side. Even for those of you who train a lot, it is a good protein source.
Smoothie, pancakes, or oats. something for every person ;)

The ingredients used, for skyr smoothie, in the video:
120ml Mixed berry flavored skyr
120ml Milk
1/2 Banana
A small handful of frozen blueberries

The sky pancakes:
120ml skyr
3 Eggs
120ml Milk
150g AP Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 Bananas

The skyr with roasted oats:
120ml Skyr
1 tbsp Milk
1/2 Banana
A small handful of blueberries
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tbsp Sugar
30g Oats
