Condensed Milk Fudge
Ingredients
1. 350 gms dark chocolate (chopped in tiny pieces)
2. 400 gms of sweetened condensed milk. 1 tin
3. Sea salt
Method:
1. Roughly chop the chocolate into pieces and place in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Microwave for 30 to 30 seconds interval.
3. Pour condensed milk over chocolate and mix till nice and smooth.
4. Transfer to a paper lined tin and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle sea salt and leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Once set, cut in squares and enjoy.
