DVD Drive Ate My CD Disk! How To Get It Out?  On a ASUS All In One Computer, if you don't put the disk in correctly it can fall in the back of the computer.  You may have to pull the computer apart to get the disk out.  I have had success letting gravity do all the work.  Maybe this will work for you?
