Ingredients
For the broth:
Chicken meat (drumsticks, thighs) - 800 gr.
Onions - 1-2 pcs.
Water 1.5 liters
Salt 1 tsp.

For Pilaw (rice):
Rice - 2 cups
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Butter - 1 tbsp.
Hot broth - 3.5 cups

I used a 200 ml glass
