Homemade Venison Sausage Made Easy

On todays video we are going to be showing you how to make venison sausage.  Making homemade sausage can be intimidating but it is quite easy to make.  Today we are going to walk you through that process. We are using a combination of a white tail deer I harvested on a recent hunting trip and one of our farm raised pigs.  If you do not have access to farm raised pigs... no problem.  Just head to the store and buy a pork shoulder and you will be good to go.  We will be using a sausage stuffer but if you don't have access to one you can use this recipe and just make patty sausage or use a stuffing attachment for your grinder.  Our recipe is listed below as well as the equipment that we use to make it.

Leggs #10 seasoning
1 pound dry non fat milk powder
18 pounds venison
7 pounds pork fat
2 pounds of ice chips
