CHOCOLATE BANOFFEE PIE | NO BAKE

This Chocolate Banoffee Pie is another great idea for Father’s Day.
A no bake dessert with layers of crunchy, buttery graham crust, rich chocolate ganache, ripe banana slices, gooey caramel sauce topped with some light and fluffy whipped cream.
I promise you, this is crazy good.

RECIPE:
GANACHE
8 oz. heavy cream
8 oz. semisweet chocolate chips

CARAMEL
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt

CRUST
8-10 pcs. graham crust
1/4 cup butter, melted

3-4 pcs. bananas

WHIPPED CREAM
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
