Fun Fact #66 - Since this is our second Heather video in 2022 I figure you need a second Heather fun fact! Heather and I were connected by a mutual friend since we were both looking for an apartment after college. The first time we met was when we went apartment hunting and signed a lease!! We lived together for 5 years until Jeremy took me away.
Why did we start this channel? I've struggled with resting and dealt with anxiety for my entire life. This channel is part of my journey to better sleep. Here's what we're currently using on our sleep journey (note some of these links may be affiliate links to help support the channel).
