Animation of the TOPS System in motion

TOPS System from Premia Spine is an alternative to spinal fusion.  TOPS recreates motion in flexion, extension, lateral bending, and axial rotation while blocking sagittal translation.  The motion preservation device is available in Europe and currently in a clinical trial in the United States.
