Scroll down for ingredients This homemade Pickled Green Chilli is another must-have in our family fridge. It is so good to you make these pickled chillies yourself - store bought ones are just not the same. These go great with wanton noodles, fried mee suah, hor fun dishes and fried rice. You must try making them yourself!

Ingredients:

300g Green chillies
1 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup White vinegar

White vinegar of varying brands have different intensity of sourness (eg. Chinese white vinegar tends to be more sour than western ones) so you must adjust sugar accordingly.
