in this video I am explaining about to doing meditation can we made Bhagwan Shiv our Guru can we accept Bhagwan Shiv as our Guru while doing or practicing meditation so as a few guys doing meditation by accepting Bhagwan Shiva as their Guru but there is nobody to explain when you will find any trouble you cannot talk to Bhagwan Shiv we can worship lord Shiva but we cannot accept Bhagwan Shiv as our Guru because Bhagwan Shiv ke not speak to us we
must have a living enlighten master so that if we find any trouble doing meditation or practicing kundalini yoga because it's a very serious and very powerful yoga and it's very dangerous while opening our chakras we can find so many mental issues in our body mind and sold we can disturb our mind completely if we are imbalanced unknowingly we have to understand that kundalini yoga is a very serious practice it can't be done without the guidance of any enlightened master.
