Ingredients for this delicious and easy easter breakfast bread buns recipe
for the dough
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of sugar
400 ml of warm milk
1 packet of dry yeast
100 ml of oil
650 - 750 g of flour (The amount of flour depends on its quality and egg size. Please add flour in control)
half teaspoon of salt
70 g well softened butter
2 tablespoon of sugar
zest of an orange
A handful of each raisins, cranberries, walnuts or use any type of dried fruit or nut you want
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
