#Facemasks are pretty much as commonplace as your cell phone, keys, and wallet these days, but we're going to be going over one that is a little different than those in this Day 3 video.
When we say face masks, we are referring to applying a product all over your face and letting it set to allow the properties of the ingredients take effect on your #skin. Face masks can offer SO much benefit because of how long they sit on your face and what they can do. Take #milkofmagnesia for example, this is a product that many people recognize as a digestive aid but that also has amazingly beneficial skin properties. What it does in your digestive tract is reduce inflammation and draw out impurities to allow for better and quicker digestion. However, what people may not realize is that in good M.O.M. there is nothing that isn't skin safe. The active ingredient in this product works amazingly well on your skin as it does exactly the same things for your face as it does for your digestion, those things being drawing out impurities, reducing redness, and calming inflammation.
#Facial masks can be very expensive, but what we're recommending can be accessible to everyone for less than $3 at your local grocery store or CVS! If you do have the ability to go out and get a more expensive, boutique facial mask we do have some recommendations, but for now try to focus on getting used to Milk of Magnesia. The benefits of this product are too great to pass up.
