Choosing the right sealer for Saltillo Tiles

As you can see from this video using two different types of sealer is a very bad idea , causing the sealer to flake and peel. Using a penetrating sealer (below surface sealer) then switching to use a shiny sealer WILL cause flaking and peeling leaving your Saltillo tiles unprotected and causing them to wear much faster than usual.
