it's roughly 1/3rd (if not less) in terms of power compared to the minimum requirements but it definitely runs at a solid 15-20~fps average in the outdoor world.
works well enough to catch some good old rpg feels but probably isn't good enough for pvp and high end pve content where faster and more fluid gameplay is necessary to compete at the highest level.
since benchmarks are not supported on apps downloaded outside the Google play store, this video acts as a point of reference. the GPU/CPU are roughly 9 years old so your phone might very well run it even if it doesn't meet the official minimum requirements and isn't available on the app store.
