I finally got me a Pampered Chef Hand Pie & Pocket Maker, so of course I made hand pies. I had some leftover meat from the Super Bowl and my kids went with pepperoni and pineapple, yes pineapple belongs on pizza...and hand pies.

This thing was fun to use. I'm looking forward to making some sweet ones as well and some with chocolate of course. Also planning to make plenty of empanadas.
